All in all everything was well-maintained, had a comfortable stay at a value for money Hotel. Our room was modern and had an amazing view of the sea. The food selection at breakfast was delicious and great. We loved being here.

The units are new-fashioned, spotless with comfortable beds. The location is particularly good, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Had Sai Kaew Beach.

I liked spending time here. It was a nicely designed place, had hard-working and helpful staff in the reception desk. The location was excellent and convenient for my stay, 300 metres from Ao Phai Beach. I had an a nice size and well furnished room with 2 huge king size beds and everything was lovely.

We were offered great and excellent breakfast for all tastes. Our deluxe queen room with seperate bedrooms, comfortable beds, for example was gorgeous. The location was great, close to Ao Phai Beach.

I loved the different room options, especially splendid suite with seperate bedrooms and TV plus 2 huge king size beds. The hotel had a marvellous and stunning location around 4-6 minutes' walk from Silver Sand Pub.
Everything great.

Grounds were kept fairly clean, breakfast was excellent. The room was reasonably large with a good size bathroom, 2 huge king size beds, as for instance, everything was good.

Good location, easy access to both Ao Phai and Tubtim beach. Rooms are spacious and new. Got a safe and hairdryer.
The front office staff were quite rude and not welcoming, they sort of treat you like you're a burden to them. The house cleaning staff are not very thorough. To the point that we came back to our room and they left our room door open!! Luckily nothing went missing because of this act of carelessness. The hotel itself is good, but the service here really is appalling.

The location was close to the beach and breakfast was nice.
2 of our rooms had not been used in a while and the sheets were mildewed and had bugs in the bed.

Lovely peaceful resort, a little overpriced.
One day during our stay, the breakfast buffet had a good selection but the bread was stale. However, the resort offers clean and quiet rooms, which were well-equipped and provided a peaceful atmosphere.

Room for two people are nice. only one Staff are not patient.
Staff only know very limited English. Not easy to answer my enquires. Family suite provides no slippery, toothbrush set,and only have cold water even for shower. One night, there was heavy rainstorm and my family room has water leakage problem on the ceiling. Lucily,it was not happening above the bed. It was on the inner corner of the beach, need more postsign!

The small pool was a nice touch as most hotels on Samet island do not have a pool (unless you pay alot of money). The breakfast had a nice selection.
The room stank of cigarette smoke (even though its a non-smoking room). I realised that the smell came from the pool area as the family room was directly opposite the pool. Samet Pavilion is located on the party area (Ao Phai), so can get very noisy. I would not recommend this hotel for families or a quiet weekend stay. It's also not located on the beach and is a very short walk away. Bedsheets had stains on them and towels were grubby.
